Here's some funny stuff this kid says:
Digby goes in the pantry and pulls out a juice box and puts it on the counter, then runs into the other room. Scott comes into the kitchen, sees the juice box and puts it back in the panty (juice is a treat around here). Digby comes back in, looks up at the counter where the juice had been, and says, "Well, that's weird!"
He calls eyebrows eye humps. When his bangs get too long he tells us that his hair is hurting his eye humps.
He told me that having a baby is easy. You just push the big button, open the door, and take the baby out. Eventually, we figured out where that came from. He frequently tells us that he wants Piku to come out now, and we tell him that the baby has to cook longer. He has come to the conclusion that Piku is doing all his cooking in something like a microwave.
If he's done eating something, he says "I can't eat any more, My tummy is so so big. Look!" Then he pulls up his shirt to prove his point.
Digby reads before he goes to sleep, then turns off his little bedside light before nodding off. I came to bed pretty early the other night and noticed that his light was still on. I looked in on him and he was laying in his bed, wide awake and frowning fiercly at me. I asked him what was wrong and he said, "I'm disappointed." When I asked him why, he told me "I went to look for you in your bed to get in with you and you weren't there so now I am disappointed!" He would not be cheered, either. He didn't want to come to our bed anymore, he just stayed up so he could tell us how disappointed he was.
Scott has taught him to say "That's delightful!" It's hilarious. He's such a goofy kid!! I'll post more as I think of them.
